The walkscore for the location is 83 out of 100 which is considered a “very walkable” neighbourhood. Nearby amenities include Everything Wine, Thrifty Foods, Mahon Park, a number of Banks and all that Capilano Mall has to offer. Just about all of your errands are possible on foot allowing you to leave the car at home, reduce your carbon footprint and accomplish your day-to-day tasks.
If you do have to take the car, within 20 minutes you can be in Coquitlam, downtown Vancouver, or Horseshoe Bay.
