     Construction has started for North Vancouver’s new condo and townhouse development project Seylynn Village by Denna Homes. The project will feature one-bedroom homes starting from low $300,000’s, and two-bedroom homes starting from low $400,000’s.  The homes will vary from 571 square feet up to just over 2000 square feet.

     The Seylynn development will be comprised of three towers up to 24 storeys tall, and will feature very well-equipped amenities for residents. This will include a yoga and pilates studio, fitness centre, steam room, daycare facilities, square court, clubhouse, pool and social lounge.  Residents will also enjoy individual bike lockers, a fully equipped bike repair shop and dedicated bike and pet washing station. Seylynn Village is taking part in a co-op vehicle program, allowing residents to take advantage of environmentally friendly transportation options. Additionally, the project comes with a state-of-the-art security monitoring system, electric vehicle charging stations and three high-speed elevators to service residents efficiently.

     The homes themselves will feature 8 foot 6 inch ceilings in living areas and bedrooms with spacious floor-to-ceiling windows aimed to maximize natural light. All homes are equipped with in-suite controls for a central air conditioning system, triple-ply glazed windows designed for superior heat and sound insulation, and premium roller blinds. Flooring will be finished with wide-plank brushed-oak laminate, 6 inch baseboards and plush sheet carpeting in bedrooms. Homes come with generous balconies featuring stunning views of the Burrard Inlet and local mountains.

     All homes at Seylynn in North Vancouver will feature modern cabinetry, glass tile backsplash, and quartz composite countertops in the gourmet kitchens. Each home will also feature energy efficient appliances, a gas cooktop, wall-mounted oven, dishwasher and microwave.

     Bathrooms will be finished with 12 by 24 inch porcelain tiles, ceramic wall tiles and quartz countertops. Depending on whether it’s a main bathroom or en-suite there will be a deep soaker tub or a glass-enclosed shower featuring Grohe faucets and rain shower head.

     The location of Seylynn Village has a walkscore of 77 which is considered to be a very walkable neighbourhood. In only a few minutes, residents can walk to the Lynnmour Grocery, Bridgman Park, Seymour’s Pub and Moja Coffee.  And with easy access to the Highway, residents at Seylynn can be downtown with a 15-20 minute drive or a 40 minute bus ride. There are many amenities and shops nearby, allowing residents to leave the car at home and enjoy everything the area has to offer on foot.
